As a customer service specialist, you will talk to B2B and B2C customers in various size. You will research their servicing standard and requirement and then optimise YHUK's servicing framework. You will work closely with other team members to develop the customer satisification. You will have chances to design and implement your own ideas. Fluent in Chinese will be an advantage.
