The Marketing Manager will manage user communications across channels including in-app, email, and push. This role will own and build out the communication channels for Your.MD owned and operated channels. Working across functionally with Marketing, PR, Product, Growth & Business Development, Partnerships, Medical, Creative and more to produce and execute best in class engagement strategies.
**Responsibilities
User Engagement / Lifecycle Management
- Conceptualize and build out plans to achieve best in class engagement across the all aspects of the user journey
- Build hierarchy of messages and optimum platform for delivery (email, push, in-app)
- Set up A/B tests that provide consistent learning on top performing channels, messaging, and offers by buyer stage to optimize campaigns
- Own and manage Airship / Mailchimp platforms, in partnership with Product team - strategy through to execution and optimisation of campaigns
- Utilize agile and creative approaches and test cases to overcome obstacles in the user journey and better understand our customers
- Act as a conduit to product for engagement drop-off / in-app
Creative Development
- Be proactive in identifying messaging opportunities
- Develop briefs for emails / notifications and source through creative (copy and design) to produce on-brand outputs
- Manage end-to-end journey incorporating feedback / sign off from key stakeholders
- Coordinate corporate resources, track deliverables, prioritize and escalate issues
- Influencers & Social Media
- Work together with Social Media Agency and Head of Content to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns across social channels
- Be aware of the market and identify like minded individuals to integrate into campaigns
Reports & Insights
- Be proactive in planning and publish calendar overviews to showcase upcoming campaign plans and against key performance metrics / key changes based on learnings
- Partner with Insights & Analytics team to provide clear and concise reports on engagement and performance against goals, as well as the customer experience and feedback
General
- Undertake additional and or other responsibilities to meet business requirements, and gain exposure to all elements of Communications.
- Requirements
- 2- 5 years in Marketing / User Engagement role (good to have cross-channel experience - where channels included both push and email)
- Passion for the startup sector.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
