Your Tasks
• Build and maintain an extensive list of contacts within the industry sector in which your expertise lies
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to the closing of national and international accounts
• Act as the “face” of eKomi, representing us to key account contacts, maintaining strong relationships
• Offer support to, and mentor, the Enterprise Sales Manager
• Be point of contact for value pricing, propositions, marketing and product development
• Represent eKomi at industry trade events, with both national and international accounts, and participate in a variety of marketing activities
• Plan the sales tasks and report the status of accounts and sales on a regular basis
• Meet and exceed annual targets
Your profile
• You have a demonstrable track record of new business Enterprise software sales, with a strong and solid network in one specific industry sector
• You are a personable candidate with confidence in strategy and analytics, different markets and organizations
• You are customer focused, with a strong history of closing deals, management and leadership, with an eye for detail and an entrepreneurial approach
• You have 8+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in a comparable management position in customer experience/customer feedback management/enterprise SaaS software solutions in your industry sector
• You are fluent in German and English. Further skills in French and/or Spanish are beneficial
• You are flexible and willing to travel
