The COO position is one of the most challenging and impactful roles at Homewings. As the COO of Homewings you oversee the overall growth and performance of the business. You will have full P&L ownership and are ultimately accountable for scaling the company and consistently delivering on our brand and service promise.

At Homewings You Will

Oversee all business operations
Oversees daily operations and manage them as a profit center
Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes
Drive quality assurance
Motivates staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals

Own and manage the UK P&L

Develop an understanding of the current and desired state of business, working cross functionally and cross channels as needed to develop strategies and execute operational plans to advance the business forward
Forecast volume turnover and review all the key operations parameters periodically and plan accordingly
Collaborate with senior leadership and founders in setting strategies and OKRs for you and your teams
Build a solid process to deliver projects at scale - domestically and internationally by working closely with interior designers, operations team, sales and 3rd party providers.
Communicate product/process needs to wider team
Help scale through developing and sharing best practices

What We Look For

• 10-15+ years of work experience in operations, management, professional services or other related fields
• Analytical and data driven decision making mentality
• Experience with or strong excitement for building a startup from the ground up
• Proven track record of managing high performance teams
• Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally to make your role successful
• Out-of-the-box thinker who will find creative ways to hit growth targets
