We’ve assembled some of the finest minds in software, engineering, AI and robotics. We are seeking a ‘Software Engineer for our Autonomous Guidance System to contribute to the development of software solutions for next-generation Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Mobile Robots (MR).
Responsibilities:
- Tackle the challenge of autonomous guidance through innovative software solutions that interface with all components of AGVs and MRs. - Contribute to the development of AI solutions to enable perception, learning, and navigation within complex environments, whilst avoiding people and obstacles. - Contribute to the design of the software infrastructure of both the on-board and operations control stacks of AGV&MR. - Design and develop sensor fused software frameworks and algorithms for autonomous drive and integrate them with powertrain and actuation systems. - Build new concepts and ground-breaking solutions that shape the future of AGV&MR.
Expertise:
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Robotics or an equivalent engineering field. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development (university counts). - Experience in robotics perception and developing sensor (Camera, RADAR, LIDAR) and or (WIFI/GNSS/Cellular) fusion frameworks. - Experience with classical and/or deep learning based computer vision (object detection, classification, segmentation). - Experience programming in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Python (Linux environment). - Knowledge of software engineering principles, practices and techniques including testability, maintainability, and scalability.
