【What You'll Do】

• Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand and conversion metrics.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
• Actively work with cross-functional teams on developing marketing assets (webpages, advertising banners, videos, etc.) to deliver engaging content across digital channels.
• Grow the brand's media performance by executing a test-and-learn approach on owned/paid media & doing media diversification to achieve better media effectiveness & efficiency.
• Track and analyze digital data to inform strategies on campaign/media optimization.
• Coordinate agency partners on advertising strategy.

【Who You Are】

• 2+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience, with solid experience of managing digital campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising and driving e-commerce conversions.
• Software/app marketing experience preferred/ Knowledge of good UI/UX practice preferred.
• Skilled in data analytics and interpretation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility to do cross time-zone collaboration.
• Business fluency in English.
• Great passion for the guitar music industry.
