You are:
Someone passionate about customer experience and driving revenue forward. You find delight in building relationships with industry-leading brands and helping them grow their business on eporta, whilst managing the needs of their clients on the platform. You’re able to work with a demanding client base and you have a strong commercial acumen.
Your role:
A unique opportunity to make a real impact in a rapid growth business whilst learning from our experienced and high-performing team. Reporting into our Supplier Team Manager, you will be responsible of a set number of supplier accounts. While understanding their products, you will act as their representative on the platform to ensure that their sales are growing and their market reach expanding.
You will be working closely with the buyer team and their accounts to assist buyers on the platform; your aim is to get your brands the highest quote to order conversion rate possible while ensuring that buyers receive a great experience.
You will liaise with your brands, buyers and our logistics partners to organise delivery of the orders you placed with the brands. It will be your responsibility to ensure that delivery is smooth and that any potential after-care is dealt with professionally.
You will build relationships with your brands through regular catch ups, showroom visits and training sessions showcasing their products. Working with the supplier team, you will make sure that all of the information about their products is up-to-date on the platform so that they can be promoted efficiently.

2+ years in the furniture industry
