Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, specifications, and prototypes
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver achievable milestones & constantly track progress
- Work closely with theProduct UI/UX design team to build clear functional specifications and beautiful Web & Mobile apps.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Drive product launches including working with sales & marketing team, executives, and other product management team members
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements
- Must have extensive knowledge & understanding of blockchain & cryptocurrency platforms, be an avid trader of cryptocurrencies, forex, or stocks.
- Experience with either of the following: cryptocurrency exchange software, trading software/platforms, trading algorithms, foreign exchange software or banking applications
- Experience with mobile app development and a passion for developing a smooth, intuitive User Experience targeting 20-30 year old target audience
- 3-5 years working experience in product management or a related field
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-Advanced English and Mandarin
- Basic data analysis skills & some coding experience & familiarity with SQL databases required
- Experience in building/managing cloud-based systems, blockchain-based applications, distributed apps a plus
- Familiarity with tracking solutions like JIRA or Bugzilla, and CRM solutions such as Salesforce or ZOHO

The Product Manager will be working closely with the Product, Engineering & Sales & Marketing teams to develop & maintain specifications for our Cryptocurrency Exchange solutions, develop strategies for marketing & evangelizing the solution, assisting with setup of customer support infrastructure, gathering feedback from users and databases and using that data to incrementally improve the user experience. The required candidate must have a proven track record indicating an ability to perform under pressure, simultaneously handle multiple tasks, and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
