    Your scope:

    ****Sales growth:

    • Conduct B2B/ D2B sales both from our main office and in the field with businesses, energy consultants (ECs) and potential energy supply companies (EVUs)
    • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (Pipedrive) ****Strategic planning:
    • Develop and execute data-based sales strategies
    • Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets set with the founders
    • Constantly analyze the market and competitors ****Building strong relationships:
    • Professional and consistent communication with potential market partners to attract active users
    • Be available to provide customers with advice and help
    • Manage and train a small team (2 salespeople plus working students)

    You are...

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales with a successful track record
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Passionate and enthusiastic about sales
    • Able to work well under pressure
    • Ambitious and motivated to close deals and exceed targets
    • Experienced in the creation and execution of sales strategies
    • An excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone
    • Familiar with state-of-the art sales funnel optimization and CRM tools
