Your scope:
****Sales growth:
Conduct B2B/ D2B sales both from our main office and in the field with businesses, energy consultants (ECs) and potential energy supply companies (EVUs)
Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (Pipedrive) ****Strategic planning:
Develop and execute data-based sales strategies
Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets set with the founders
Constantly analyze the market and competitors ****Building strong relationships:
Professional and consistent communication with potential market partners to attract active users
Be available to provide customers with advice and help
Manage and train a small team (2 salespeople plus working students)
You are...
3-5 years of experience in sales with a successful track record
Fluent in German and English
Passionate and enthusiastic about sales
Able to work well under pressure
Ambitious and motivated to close deals and exceed targets
Experienced in the creation and execution of sales strategies
An excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone
Familiar with state-of-the art sales funnel optimization and CRM tools
