    { What you're going to do:
    As our company grows exponentially, you will own and improve complex hiring processes and pipeline initiatives in order to further fuel our growth. Our close-knit team is looking to expand, which leaves plenty of scope to take on your own projects (e.g. planning team events, employer branding projects, organizing meetups, etc.) while honing in on and developing your skills.

    Along with assisting our other Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring teams, you’ll be responsible for creating and posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, scheduling and taking part in interviews, and ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly. You’ll help us to find top tech talent who match our values and requirements.

    You’ll also work closely with other members of our People and Culture team, creating a sustainable culture for the Code Factory. Ultimately, you’ll be a direct point of contact for our open roles and new candidates. To ensure a sustainable approach in Recruiting, you can also be the to go-person for people you have already hired. It’s a great opportunity, as well as a great responsibility, as you’ll be tasked with working directly and making joint decisions with our hiring managers on the same eye-level.

    Your Responsibilities:
    * Define and drive recruiting for the DKB Code Factory and DKB.
    * Build an effective recruiting strategy consisting of sourcing, evaluation and closing candidates with the ability to manage the candidates' and your team's expectations.
    * Recruit passive and active candidates by keeping an eye on their cultural fit and motivation instead of simply selling a job.
    * Hire for personality, not only for skills.
    * Conduct in-depth interviews and negotiate terms of working contracts.
    * Develop your own ideas and strategies for recruiting to ensure sustainable and long-term growth of the company.
    * Conduct workshops for team members and externals to share your knowledge about recruiting and talent management.
    * Build a network of potential candidates by joining internal and external events.
    * Play an active role in building the company culture.
    * Compete with Berlin's finest employers when visiting and exhibiting at job fairs.
    * Participate in the development of an Employer Branding strategy.
    * Support the creation of a constant learning environment with continuous feedback, Hackathons, Lunch and Learn Sessions.

    What you bring to the table:
    * You have at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR Management.
    * You are familiar with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
    * You are tech-savvy.
    * You have excellent communication skills.
    * You are able to juggle multiple calendars and tasks at the same time.
    * You have a strong problem-solving aptitude.
    * You are a critical-thinker.
    * You speak native level German, your English is very good, and having a few words in other languages is always appreciated.  
    * You have a graduate-level university degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, Humanities or Social Studies.
    * You have basic knowledge of HR Management best practices.
    * You are interested in developing employer brands and/or communication campaigns.
    * Bonus: You have experience recruiting on the German market.
    * You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time.
