Job Description:

• Attending and operating conferences, meetings, and events
• Conducting market research and identifying potential partners, distribution networks and corporate customers.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies and technical and operational integration from end to end.
• Project management and implementation including working with business unit, product team, finance, marketing and operations.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Identify new business opportunities and partners.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related fields.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Korean or Japanese will be a major plus.
• Highly self-driven and results oriented.
• Familiarity with payments or money exchange sectors. Knowledge of blockchain industry a plus.
• Existing network in the related fields.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency, proficient in Google Apps, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Overseas travel required.
