Job Description:

• Source and identify new merchants from multi-channels digitally and via canvassing
• Build, manage and develop merchants and be accountable for merchant activity before handing to the accounts team
• Work closely with marketing and operations team to achieve targets
• Be up to date of trends, market situation and competitor activity in order to upkeep strategies that meets merchants requirements
• Teach and guide merchants with operations/training team to use the product to get the first order
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or relevant fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Successful track record of sales
• Strong ability to build good relationships with merchants and partners
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Enthusiastic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to travel around Southeast Asia
• Good understanding of payments and financial services
