Responsibilities

• You will be providing general IT support such as "printer not printing" to in-house staffs and clients.
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastrutures and systems.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor for our clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Requirements

• Singaporean and PR may apply.
• Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with information systems, technologies, and tech-savvy.
• Experience working with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web servers will be a bonus.
• Excellent English communication/presentation skills in both verbal and written.
• Sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to learn and possess positive working attitude.
• Comfortable with start-up environment.
