What will you be doing?

- You will take over the responsibility for defining the marketing communication strategy of our company 
- You will plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leveraging relevant information to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue (right target group, right message, right time, right channel) 
- Additionally, you will drive integrated product campaigns (digital and offline) to support the business (value selling) - develop communication briefings and concepts, set up and manage campaign execution and monitor results 
- It will be your task to identify media preferences and relevant customer touchpoints for respective target group and to manage the customer journeys

What we expect you to have :

- BA or master's degree with 3-5 years marketing experience in a similar role 
- Strong written skills & experience in a business environment 
- Demonstrated success planning and implementing content strategies for print and digital media 
- Demonstrated experience managing a user funnel and specializing on acquisition of new customers. 
- Public presentation skills are an asset 
- Interested in B2C marketing and e-Commerce. Understanding of the fin-tech niche is an asset 
- Experiment driven approach - Design and drive campaigns defining hypothesis, executing, analyzing and systematizing them. 
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities 
- Excellent organizational skills, proactive, detail-minded 
- German native or near-native and fluent English, both verbal and written
