Job description

Become a payever Guru and be the only contact point for our businesses. This includes working closely with our product team to ensure that existing users are happy with the provided service and recommend it to others.

You will:

• Answer all questions the businesses have via phones, chats, and emails. 
• Collect feedback from users and give the product team information how to improve payever - based upon the users needs. 
• Determining the best plan, and proactively identifying growth opportunities that will help people to start, run and grow their business. 
• Search on the web and find answers to the questions businesses have and find ways to have no question twice - either by solving via product or by writing a description in the support section.

Qualifications

You are:

• Great in communication 
• Analytical thinking and understanding the core of problems 
• “I Google it for you” mentality 
• Up for challenge and only stop when a solution is found

You have:

• German as your mother language 
• Performance oriented nature 
• Working experience
