### What you can expect to do
- Respond to customer inquiries timely and effectively
- In charge of engagement channels (Emails, Messenger & Facebook Groups)
- Initiate engagement projects for the purpose of activation and retention
- Advance customer service experience, create engaged clients and promote organic growth
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Perfect service procedures, policies, and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Review statistics and compile accurate reporting
### What we value
- At least 3 years of experience relevant to the sales and customer relations (with start-up would be a plus)
- Be able to empathise with others and imagine what it's like being in another person's shoes
- Be detail-oriented, proactive and have the drive to meet the needs of those around you
- Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Good with numbers and be equipped with a growth mindset
- Have high ownership of tasks, projects, and initiatives to constantly improve our product
