Head of Growth - Youtap Indonesia｜Meet.jobs

Job Description:

• Industry Research: analyzing industry trends and analyzing Youtap’s product positioning.
• Help define the key value proposition of Youtap product to drive growth in Indonesia market by collaborate with the product team to optimize the funnel with on- and off- product growth initiatives.
• Build out a product roadmap for SMEs that will be responsible for onboarding, customer support, go-to-market by developing the growth metrics tracking system & KPI 
• Provide a strategic business and partnership perspective to the product and tech teams by Influencing product and development teams to implement features and/or designs that improve merchant enablement.
• Build product partnerships with sister company / local partner as necessary
• Work hand in hand with other Product team to build the right user experience and tools to continue to drive exponential growth
• Building and managing a data pipeline for growth and develop business development strategies, focusing on product and growth Lead the strategy at Youtap ensuring widespread usage and adoption of all Growth & sales channels.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team on all campaigns and support them with key insights and strong strategic briefs.
• Develop audience targeting strategy, placement strategy, KPI strategies, messaging strategy, retargeting strategies by building the key channels including PR, Partnerships, SEO, Paid Marketing, and Events 
• Create and manage the Growth Strategy, linked to the branding, product and Youtap Indonesia key initiatives strategy of the company

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of business fundamentals, outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skill set
• Excellent command spreadsheet and presentation software
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any field
• 5+ years work experience in a growth-related field, such as management consulting digital companies are preferred
• Strong proficient in English Communication
