    As the Digital Marketing for Spiking, you will be be responsible for developing local strategy and insights for your market, driving business growth, and partnering with our creative and media teams to deliver world class digital marketing and experiences.

    This position will be responsible for day-to-day acquisition campaign and budget optimization for channels including search, display, paid social and any affiliate platform. You will play a key role within the marketing team to drive quality traffic and conversions in order to meet our business goals.

    • Lead local campaigns to drive brand awareness in Asia Pacific.
    • Lead the creative development of local campaigns, working closely with agencies and other Spiking teams to develop digital-first integrated communication projects.
    • Lead the development of local events.
    • Create hyper targeted campaigns on digital and other mediums.
    • Monitor brand perception and address specific priorities.
    • Manage campaign budget effectively in line with overall and respective market strategy.
    • Plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns and tactics to drive online traffic and leads.
    • Strategize and create A/B testing and re-marketing tactics for any campaign to achieve optimal performance.
    • Work closely with market leads across the APAC region to ensure overall traffic and conversion targets are met.
    • Analyze and produce actionable channel performance reports regularly to ensure continuous data-driven optimization.

    • Hands-on experience of any mainstream advertisement management and web analytic tools.
    • Experience with proven record of achievement on traffic acquisition is a bonus.
    • Proactive problem solving abilities and follow through.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver on time and on budget.
    • Ambitious, result-driven, detailed, great time management and prioritization skills.
