Company Description 

The Creative Square Company (TCS) is a start-up generator based in Singapore. We conceptualise, validate, and rapidly prototype multiple MVPs. Our team of in-house entrepreneurs explores a variety of business ideas. Through learning, failing, recreating and testing repeatedly, we aim to turn successful experiments into viable businesses. 

The team takes around (conceptualises) 12 to 20 ideas per year. The ideas may cover any sectors from tech to manufacturing, education to consumer goods and services etc. It is not the idea that is paramount; but rather the ability to explore it creatively and quickly to get validations. At TCS, each entrepreneur heads up their respective projects but the team brainstorms, challenges one another in a constructive manner and collaborates across all projects.

The team is growing and we are on the lookout for self-motivated individuals who bring forth a wealth of experiences to join us. You will be expected to run a minimum of 4 business ideas in a year. You will be involved in ideating, developing, experimenting, and executing growth strategies with various business ideas closely with the team. We believe in a culture of transparency, openness, and collaboration. You would need to be passionate about experimentation and innovation, and accept failure as a common ingredient in our recipe for success.

Job Description 

The Role (job duties) 

• Conceptualise, research, and build business ideas with limited access to resources
• Contribute ideas and valuable knowledge to the team at an individual level
• Execute and share growth hacking strategies, systems and other business techniques 
• Collaborate on projects with the team at all stages of the project’s development
• Be resourceful both as part of a team and as an individual to get the answers needed to execute ideas
• Come up with creative solutions for problems to work within the budget
• The ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at different stages of development within a tight timeline
• The ability to collaborate and work successfully in a diverse team to produce concrete business results
• The desire and ability to turn ideas into reality

Qualifications 

• High levels of energy and enthusiasm for experimentation
• Experience operating in multiple markets will be advantageous
• Been part of a successful growth team that has developed and operationalised growth strategies for a min of 2 years
• Good knowledge of digital marketing is a prerequisite
• Preferably started 1-2 businesses in the past
• Successful candidate will be expected to prioritise executing growth hacking strategies and techniques on existing projects for the first 6 months
• Experience working in a start-up environment would be a plus
• Focused, curious, creative, goal oriented and a drive for constant improvement
• Minimum of 4 years work experience
