    Role

    (1) Develop and execute a cohesive product marketing plan across multiple, complementary business units to communicate the value of the individual product offerings and the additional value of an integrated set of multiple offerings, including across Business Units.

    (2) By working closely with the Business Units, establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments to drive product performance and achieve product targets.

    (3) Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

    (4) Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

    (5) Provide market feedback to the BU’s on product performance and positioning

    (6) Work with the sales teams to test and refine product and portfolio messaging to ensure optimum performance

    (7) Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

    Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

     

    Your Responsibilities

    (1) Working in partnership with the product teams creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

    (2) Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

    (3) Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

    (4) Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

    (5) Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

    (6) Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

    (7) Understand in detail product messaging and performance metrics and refine product messaging to ensure maximum cut through with the target audiences

     

    Experience 

    Essential

    · Product marketing in an advanced technology markets

    · B2B experience

    · SEA market

    Preferred

    · Working in startup or early stage technology companies

    · Evidence of working across multiple product portfolios

     

    Formal Education

    · Bachelor degree in Marketing with at least 5 years marketing experience in managerial position
