    THE ROLE 👩🏽‍🚒

    We are seeking a Sales Development Representative interested in starting, or continuing, their sales career by helping AirGarage’s City Launch team grow our supply of parking lots and garages in markets across the country.

    Responsibilities of this role include building a sales pipeline from scratch in markets that we have not yet entered as well as helping our existing City Launchers to book in-person sales meetings with pre-qualified leads.

    This is a contract-to-hire position.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 👩🏽‍🏫

    • Work closely with City Launch team and HQ to build and manage a target account list and sales pipeline in multiple markets around the country.
    • Cold contact prospects via phone and email daily to educate them on the win-win value proposition of working with AirGarage.
    • Help drive new parking supply growth (parking lots, parking garages, churches, hotels, etc) by setting appointments for the City Launch / Supply team to meet with and close.
    • Consistently exceed quota by booking appointments on City Launch / Supply team’s calendars with pre-qualified leads.
    • If successful at lead generation and appointment setting, you will have the opportunity to close your own leads.
    • Share feedback from customers to the HQ and City Launch teams to drive new offerings and assist in the evolution of the AirGarage product / sales process.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED 💃🏿

    • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment is critical - this is a new role for AirGarage - we are excited about the potential but aren’t sure exactly what this inside sales model will look like. You should be excited to help us figure this out!
    • 1 - 3 years selling in an SMB, Start Up, Commercial Real Estate or Marketplace company environment. Previous SDR / BDR experience or internship in sales a plus.
    • Ability to quickly learn the ins-and-outs of the AirGarage product and how it compares to competing services. You have a problem-solver’s mindset and can adapt quickly in an early stage startup environment.
    • Strong research skills - this role will require digging deep to locate decision makers and other important contacts.
    • Experience or interest in helping to create and manage the sales process from the ground up while writing the playbook for our future sales development team.
    • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while constantly looking for ways to improve our process. You love to win, close deals, and blow past targets in a commission driven role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re an expert at taking complex processes and systems and explaining them in a way that anyone can understand.
    • Ability to understand client needs and how to respond to unique situations with product knowledge in order to properly qualify them prior to a further sales meeting.
    • Superb responsiveness for accounts across multiple time zones.
    • Strong relationship building and referral skills.
