Director of Marketing - Kinetic Reality｜Meet.jobs

Kinetic Reality Inc is seeking an ambitious Director of Marketing who can take an exciting and well developed new product from launch to large scale success in record time. The role is responsible for all aspects of marketing from strategic planning to market segmentation; rolling out a highly effective digital marketing campaign; coordinating and executing the product launch; growing your team; and rolling up your sleeves and doing the detailed work of creating compelling content and testing new channels. A startup mentality is mandatory- no job is too big or too small and you’ll be required to prioritize while working iteratively in order to consistently deliver tremendous value. You’ll be evaluated on your ability to hit a single growth metric while maintaining a target acquisition cost. This position reports to the CEO, and has the potential to grow into a VP Position as the company grows.

Note: this is a very "hands on" role in a startup company. Willing to consider a senior marketing person with a track record of bringing innovative new technologies to market, aspiring to take on the Director role.

What You’ll Work On:
Develop and sharpen the core value proposition, features and benefits, and competitive advantage of the product.
Refine the target market segmentation and go to market plan for each target segment.
Plan and execute the new product launch.
Growth hacking to drive large scale product adoption.
Plan the ongoing marketing campaigns and see them through to completion.
Take ownership over all marketing channels (website, blog, community, email, social, search, and paid ads etc..)
Conceive, create and drive a highly effective digital marketing campaign.
Brainstorm opportunities with the leadership team.
Create and manage a detailed marketing roadmap and calendar.
Set quarterly goals and lead a small team to meet them.
Update and refine the marketing strategy.
Research and implement new marketing tools for leading all aspects of marketing.
As part of the management team, take a lead role in ensuring the company is ready for the next round of investment.
Must be able to create exciting and visually attractive original content.
