    Your Role: Overseeing digital marketing campaign design and execution, the Growth Hacker Marketer is a data-driven marketer who understands how to build and execute awareness and demand generation programs across a variety of digital channels including organic, paid search, paid social, display, re-targeting, content marketing, website optimization, and email marketing, to support Reel Axis and ChannelBytes growth. You are obsessed with modern digital marketing techniques and measuring results, you understand the buying behavior of the IT community and leverage that knowledge to design a campaign strategy with the end goal of driving maximum results (i.e. leads, views, clicks, etc) . Working closely with Reel Axis’s leadership team you will be responsible for driving results and creating excitement around our products and our IT Community platform ChannelBytes.

    In the 1st Month, you will…

    • Take a deep dive into our product and services, understanding what we sell, how we sell it and the customer experience we deliver to our clients.
    • Learn and get familiar with all other internal systems (ex. Asana, Teams, Harvest, Active Campaign, Salesforce, Constant contact, etc)
    • Research, promote and introduce new digital marketing tactics, channels and technologies to help Reel Axis be more efficient and successful across our campaigns.

    Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…

    • Employing a data-driven strategy in order to build and execute digital campaigns across clients and channels.
    • Taking a data-driven approach to develop and optimize the digital marketing and email strategy for reaching Reel Axis target audiences with key messages and enticing them to engage with high-value content, offers, and activities
    • Assume the role of storyteller and evangelist, blending positioning, messaging, and industry trends into a clear, tangible narrative that will be used across all tactics

    Execute in Month 3 by...

    • Looking at the details, and pulling out big pictures and themes.
    • Formulating big ideas from data, analytics and marketing personas.
    • Building and experimenting with new ideas to increase ROI and customer satisfaction, utilizing all channels to manage multiple campaigns concurrently

    Desired Skills And Experiences

    • Must have grit, determination and drive
    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Communication
    • 3+ years in a B2B digital marketing role with a data-driven mindset
    • Experience creating demand, awareness and customer acquisition, ideally within the IT / Technology channel
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
    • Highly responsible, reliable and collaborative
    • Highly responsive, action and solution-oriented
    • High proficiency in the English language (verbal and written)
    • Must possess outstanding presentation and communication skills
    • Strong understanding of Office 365, Google Suite and other mainstream software tools or apps
    • Early-stage startup experience is a plus
    • IT or Tech industry experience is a plus
    • Experience in SEO, organic search, paid advertising and google strategies is a plus.
