As a successful Customer Engineer, you will
- Be on call with customer’s requests in the technical integration process and daily operations.
- Drive the customer integration from PoC to production workload.
- Identify and filter customer’s issues when an incident happens.
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Work with engineers and product specialists whenever it’s required to make sure the client has full tech support.
- Write technical documentation and/or implement tool(s) to facilitate customer integration.
