Job Description:

As an RF RD Supervisor you will be responsible for leading RF design and integration for various wireless devices with support of internal and ODM/RF partners. You will work closely with internal team (Antenna /ME/ID/EE/BIOS) and external partners to drive key aspects of product definition, design, optimization, implementation and test. You must be responsive, flexible, attentive to details and able to succeed within an open collaborative environment.

1.Engage with project placement, schematics and layout review, development stage test and manufacturing stability. (NB/Tablet)

2.Basic RF function test including 3G/LTE/Wi-Fi/BT/GPS/NFC etc.

3.RF issue analysis and debug for development stage and after MP.

4.Managing with ODM for RF test, co-working with wireless vendor and other function team (EE/ME/ID).

5.RF key component survey and evaluation. (LTE/NFC/BT/Wi-Fi/GPS/etc.)

6.New wireless technology survey and study.

7.Innovative for patent.

Requirements:

Required:

-Education: Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering or College of Science.

-Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in NB/Tablet or Mobile Phone RF development.

-Skills:

1.Well acquainted with NB/Tablet RF design.

2.Experience with LTE/3G/Wi-Fi/BT/GPS design, test and debug.

3.Circuit layout design and optimization for wireless performance.

4.Familiar with wireless test equipment, such as spectrum, network analyzer, CMW500, Agilent 8960 and etc.

5.Familiar with Wi-Fi/BT Through-put measurement.

-Good communication and coordination ability.

-Team work oriented, proactive and responsible, able to work under pressure.

-Fair to good in English communication.

Preferred:

1.5 to 7 years of work experience in NB wireless design development

2.Familiar with 3G/4G/5G NR testing for 3GPP RF test cases.
