Stockbit & Bibit.id is looking for an HR Director who will drive key HR best practices and initiatives and provide strategic direction and expertise for the full scope of the HR function. This position will develop and execute the HR strategy for the organization to execute on the company’s mission and vision. HR Director will also oversee the HR team and ensure daily HR operations are handled timely and appropriately. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, people service, people development, organization development, rewards, system, employer branding
- Review and diagnose existing HR Management systems
- Analyse and revise current HR processes based on business and people strategy such as performance management, career management, talent management, learning & development system, manpower planning, grading system & job evaluation, etc.
- Align organisation design & HR plan (structure, process, staffing plan) with the business target & requirements to achieve the right shape and right size
- Act as trusted people advisory to business leaders of all teams and functions in strategic people matters/issues
- Facilitates culture changes through the development of disciplines and implementation of strategy
- Map and improves overall process to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze and formulate HR costs to make sure company sustainability
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an HR Lead/Manager in tech/start up companies
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, people development, compensation and benefits, job evaluation, etc.
- Proactive in conceiving, initiating and executing HR programs relevant to the organization’s culture and objectives
- Results-driven, agile, change agent with the commitment and confidence to assume a leadership role in an evolving complex environment
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law
- Demonstrated success at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results
