We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the People Operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations. This role will report to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities
- Support operations by maintaining office organization
- Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, snacks, equipment, bills and errands
- Reception duties include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, receiving messages, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate team lunches and travel arrangements
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building landlord
- Assist with the on-boarding of all new employees and other HR related assignments
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Collaborate in a global team between the Berkeley and Taipei offices
Qualifications
- College Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred 1+ years of office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Nice-to-have
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Experience working Google Suite, Slack, Trello or similar collaboration tools
- HR, accounting, and/or procurement experience
