    What is the role?

    You’ll Head Partnerships at Wise.

    Who does this role report to?

    Raghav Lal, President at Wise. Raghav was previously Chief Credit Officer at AMEX, GM Small Business at AMEX, and GM of Small Business at VISA.

    What does my day-to-day look like?

    You’ll be working with external channel partners to propagate distribution of Wise embedded banking offering to their end small business customers. You will be orchestrating internal Wise cross-functional teams to deliver to the partner a customized Wise product. You are going to be a leader in this role and be responsible for managing your team. You will be managing the P&L for Wise partnerships.

    What do I need to excel in this role?

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in banking.
    • Strong background in B2B sales.
    • Strong P&L management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly define goals, and the ability to evaluate the strategic ramifications of certain partnerships.

    Partner Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance, Head of Growth, among many others

    Where do I need to be?

    Anywhere in the US, since this role focused on the US market and requires knowledge of the US banking industry.
