The Role:

We are hiring a Product Manager to work across our entire product suite. We build products that help students find great fit opportunities, connect companies with excellent candidates, and automate tedious work on both sides. As a Product Manager at RippleMatch, you will launch products that redefine how candidates find jobs and how companies make hires.

In this role, you will:

• Build a deep understanding of our users, our business, and the entry-level hiring landscape
• Conduct user research and analyze usage data to discover problems and opportunities
• Propose, validate, test, launch, and iterate on new products and features
• Ensure success of your product by testing new features and triaging bugs and issues
• Work closely with our engineering, sales, accounts, customer success, and operations teams

What you bring:

• Experience: you have 2+ years experience managing and launching SaaS products at an early-stage start-up
• Product sense: you push for exceptional user experiences, and have a clear sense of effective design. You can use your understanding of the user and business goals both to make detailed product decisions and to inform our high level product roadmap
• Productivity: you bring exceptional prioritization and organization skills to both your personal work-stream and the backlog for your team
• Communication skills: you communicate clearly, effectively, and at the correct level of detail with members of the product team, coworkers in other departments, and with clients
• Analytical skills: you synthesize inputs from user research, product analytics, and business needs to discover problems and opportunities in our product suite

Current State:

Currently, our office doors are open at 5 West 19th Street for those that would like to come into the office. While in the office, we are enforcing and following all CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees. If you are not comfortable coming into the office, please know we are maintaining a flexible remote work policy until a vaccine is readily available.
