Marketing Manager - EMEA - Practice Ignition|

    The Marketing Manager - EMEA, is a new role in the global marketing team with the goal of accelerating Practice Ignition’s expansion in our core markets. Reporting into the Head of Region, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the EMEA regional marketing plan to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer engagement across the entire Practice Ignition sales funnel. You will work in conjunction with globally matrixed Marketing functions and local Sales, and Customer teams.

    We are looking for a digital native, with experience in SaaS and preferably the B2B Professional services industry. You will need to be confident in your ability to deliver results, set targets, identify areas for development, and guide the local region in digital marketing strategy. The role is based in the UK but will cover our operations across EMEA.

    Responsible for:

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across the entire customer lifecycle to achieve marketing target that drive both new and expansion revenue
    • In collaboration with Head of Marketing and Head of Region, manage marketing budget to achieve return on marketing investment metrics
    • Manage the regional marketing calendar for both lead generation and customer marketing activities
    • Plan and execute PI’s participation at industry events - virtual and in-person
    • Report on campaign success
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise lead quality, and marketing processes
    • Collaborate with design & content team to ensure messaging and design is aligned with the PI brand
    • Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers


    • Proficiency using the tools of the trade: Asana, Confluence, Google Work, HubSpot, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite, Zapier
    • Excellent written communication for copywriting emails, social posts and landing pages
    • Articulate verbal communication skills for speaking with suppliers, event partners and customers
    • Smart time management and organisational skills
    • Ability to show initiative, be flexible, and solve problems on the run
    • Basic understanding of marketing design
    • Open, positive attitude towards change and personal development
    • Self-motivated and driven to make an impact; ability to execute with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
    • Track record of planning, executing and measuring integrated campaigns that leverage email, webinars, social and trade publications
    • Willingness to learn and understand the Practice Ignition product and value proposition
