ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Operations & Research Analyst, your goal will be to make our sales team as productive and efficient as possible. You will achieve this by becoming a go-to internal resource to streamline their workflows, relieving administrative overhead and performing industry research.
Your responsibilities, among other things, will include:
- Creating prospecting reports for senior sales staff
- Best point of contact and prospects general contact information
- Create comprehensive reports and sales strategies based on conferences or a specific target market
- Design sales campaigns and assist our senior sales staff on executing this campaign
- Design templates for strategic campaign outreach
- Continual review and reprocessing of Finsights sales process
- Assist our senior sales staff by optimizing the structure and workflow surrounding their sales funnel.
- Create and improve sales performance metric reports
- Manage and improve upon our Client Relationship Management (CRM) and other sales related software
- Ensure team compliance with data entry standards across systems (CRM, calendar, etc)
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
- Assist in data entry and data verification
- Manage administrative duties related to client meetings and conferences
- Pack bags for conferences, ensure marketing materials and food are ordered and prepared for sales meetings
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as required
REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills / Experience
- 1-2 years experience as a data or research analyst
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency with computers
- Proficiency with online research (knowing how to find things online beyond “Googling it”)
