XanPool/XanPay is looking for a brilliant Content/Technical Writer to play a key role in growing our Content Development Team. Please read the description below carefully and only apply if you meet the relevant experience:

• You will have at least 5 years of creating content for a variety of audiences.
• You have the industry experience and communication skills needed to talk with client services, marketing colleagues, developers, and other highly technical roles.
• You are passionate about writing content for innovative technologies.
• You have extensive knowledge of and have written for one of the following industries:

1. Fintech
2. Cryptocurrency
3. Blockchain
4. Regulation
5. Payments

As our Content/Technical Writer you will learn our products so that you can create exact and meaningful content. The content you will create and manage will help us educate the marketplace and provide our customers insight into our industry. You will work closely with the executive team and report directly to the Product Managers and CEO to message our products and help bring them to market.

You will be writing, Fintech, Crypto, Payments, Blockchain related:

• Technical blog posts and articles
• Opinion Pieces
• Technical Guides/Documentation
• Case Studies
• FAQ's

What do we need from you?

• At least 5 years experience as a content/technical writer, with an emphasis on complete ownership over content that goes well beyond ‘how to use this function’ articles

• Verifiable experience writing for one of the five indstries previously outlined

• Experience creating end-to-end documentation for SaaS products, including scoping documentation requirements, and writing and editing a variety of technical documents is a plus

• Online publishing skills that are A +

• Be a clear, succinct and engaging writer; you understand how to tailor information for your audience. You have excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting skills.
