    As we are further expanding our presence regionally in South East Asia, we are looking to expand our team with the role below:

    Role: Account Manager/ Director (Full-time)

    Responsibilities:
    • Managing the entire business cycle with business development, client acquisition, onboarding and operational support
    • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies with input from other colleagues
    • Conduct market research to better understand competitors and market segmentation
    • Identify growth opportunities in Singapore and beyond
    • Be the point of contact for requests from potential and existing clients
    • Generate reports and presentations for internal and external clients and stakeholders
    • Support in improving existing and developing new products and services

    • Willingness to present and explain your ideas to other key stakeholders including colleagues

    • Ability to find your own value proposition, create and manage own tasks
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
    • Good problem-solving capabilities
    • Self-starter who seeks innovative solutions but is not shy to ask for advice if necessary
    • Good time management and priority skills

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field
    • 1+ years of experience in product or programme management, experience in the education sector preferred but not required
    • Passion and/ or experience in sales, marketing and/ or business development
    • Candidates who demonstrate high potential with no prior experience WILL be considered
    • Professional working proficiency in English, other Asian languages a plus
    • Desire to continuously learn and improve your own capabilities and skills
    • Proficiency in various IT applications preferred (MS Office, Adobe Suite, Hubspot/ Salesforce, Data visualization)
