    Enterprise, Customer Success Manager

    We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Customer Success team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering outsize value to our customers. The CSM is the single point of accountability for the customer from onboarding to adoption, renewal, and advocacy.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    1. Set strategic direction in customer's use of DataGrail to address business challenges via a prescriptive approach to privacy and DataGrail configuration best practices.
    2. Define outcomes and measurable objectives in partnership with the customer.
    3. Hold customer and DataGrail accountable to delivering against success criteria.
    4. Engage across the customer's organization and work cross-functionally within DataGrail to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations & solutions.
    5. Ownership for customer outcomes including customer's value realization, customer & DataGrail's mutual success, and risk management/mitigation.
      Requirements
    6. 3+ years of client management experience, preferably at a top consulting company (McKinsey, Deloitte, etc.).
    7. Background in software and enterprise customer experience a plus.
    8. Strong communicator across all mediums; presentation and spreadsheet skills are a must.
    9. Ability to navigate an enterprise organization, build strong relationships, and engage everyone from associates to execs.
    10. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a hyper-growth environment.
    11. Innately curious with a knack for creatively solving problems others might not be able to solve.
    12. Experience collaborating with internal cross functional teams, and a customer organization to support a joint outcome.
    13. BA/BS or equivalent
