    You will help us spread the transformation with a range of clients and partners from small to top-tier Insurers, re-insurers, and MGAs in Europe, APAC, and North America.

    Job Description
    You would be the VP & Head of North America Sales for HealthyHealth, leading a very large part of our sales effort. Starting building out our client base specifically in the Individual Life Insurance bracket in the United States, you will execute and, if needed adjust, our market entry strategy into the United States.

    You have extensive and senior experience within the relevant (underwriting)(re)-insurance functions, and can help us to further identify & target specific key personas within our target customer group.

    The role is pivotal, as the responsibility will be to launch our U.S. office, hire the sales team, build up revenue and grow our business in one of the most important geographical regions for our business.

    The ideal candidate will be one who has extensive experience and network, at a senior level, having worked as Head of Individual Life Insurance / Sales / Underwriting in a leading reinsurer and/or insurer.

    Responsibilities will include, not be limited to:

    • Accountable to meet the revenue figures in North America, with the support of the CEO.
    • Accountable for further defining the local strategy, with the support of the CEO & VP of Marketing.
    • Accountable of hiring, managing and setting up the culture & team of the North American Team.
    • You will be a key contributor to the proposition process and product development roadmap

    Qualifications

    • Significant experience in the Life Insurance (Protection) sector in the US.
    • Significant experience in selling (and implementing from a sales/account exec perspective) a tech solution into an insurers process.
    • Can bring a warm network of senior contacts in the US insurance sector
    • Education: BA or MA in Actuarial Sciences / Mathematics is a plus
