As a Partner(Senior)Specialist, you will be responsible for working with CoolWallet Partners to ensure they drive new pipeline, revenue, services and overall value to CoolWallet’s customers and prospects. The role is a combination of sales, business development, business execution, and channel management with a key focus on revenue growth and managing partner relationships successfully.

 

Day-To-Day

●      Achieve sales targets

●      Achieve results by intensive marketing approach on product value proposition including features, functions, main strength and characteristics to differentiate our product from competitors.)

●      Develop Partners in  the CoolWallet Partner Programs (e.g. reseller program, affiliate program, etc.)

●      Support and govern multiple Partners and drive initial Partner value propositions for CoolWallet

●      Introduce detailed product knowledge to clients, guide customers and partners on how to use the product properly, including new version updating, system operating and maintaining, common troubleshooting etc.)

●      Build Partner trust, credibility and commitment and develop meaningful mid-management level Partner relationships

●      Identify Partner needs and opportunities and provide outstanding service while adhering to CoolWallet’s core values and standards.

●      Effective communication with PM, RD teams and other functional supporting teams to secure resources to execute sales strategies.

●      Drive partner business growth through creating a new pipeline for software and services-led proposals in collaboration with the sales team

●      Drive joint Go to Market opportunities

●      Drive partners to develop follow-on services business

●      Execute promotion activities if there is any.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and sales-oriented professional, capable of clearly positioning the value of CoolWallet Partners/Resellers. This person must present strong interpersonal and communication skills and superior problem-solving skills in order to successfully engage with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is accountable for securing, managing, and capitalizing on the business relationship with CoolWallet Partners at the portfolio and geography level.

Preferred Skills And Knowledge

●      Partner(Senior)Specialist must demonstrate strong experience in channel management and/or sales along with deep knowledge of solution provider and reseller channel business planning and execution.

●      This role must have a strong financial and/or strategic planning and execution background and the ability to work comfortably with Partners.

●      A working knowledge of sales processes is essential.

●      Excellent oral/written communication & listening skills necessary to present information, analysis & recommendations to all levels of employees, including executive management.

●      Extensive knowledge of Partner Sales and the third-party reseller business model

Preferred Experience

●      Prior Experience as a Channel Account or Partner Management / Crypto industry experience

 

Basic Qualifications

●      4-year college degree or equivalent experience

●      Business fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin
