    Job Qualifications:
    Are you a hands-on marketing guru who deeply understands how to use content marketing and account-based marketing techniques to manage the customer journey and maximize recurring customer engagement? Are you an expert in B2B digital marketing tactics and excited about cleverly executing against a strategic marketing plan? Do you love solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment and going to any lengths necessary to help our customers and your teammates succeed? Are you a “we,” not “me” person? Do you like to win? We're looking for proactive, sharp, and self-motivated team member for our Senior Marketing Manager position who can help us execute against our strategic digital marketing plans to effectively reach prospects and grow our customer relationships.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    ● Executing marketing plans for our prospect and customer journeys using digital marketing tools like Salesforce.com, Mailchimp, Outreach, Marketo, Eloqua, and/or Pardot. The broad marketing strategy is mapped; this critical role will involve formulating and tactically carrying out plans to help us reach our goals.
    ● Using audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, campaign plans, competitive information and content performance analytics to strategically build and thoughtfully deploying content to increase awareness, convert customers, and maximize recurring engagement.
    ● Leading multiple marketing projects at any given point in time to nurture our customers from prospect to client and then driving recurring engagement.

    ● Advancing our relationships in a B2B environment with highly sophisticated corporate clients
    ● Analyzing data (e.g. email opens/clicks) and devising plans based on that data (Is this campaign working? Should anything be changed? How can we better reach those who don’t respond to our marketing efforts? How do we segment our customer base to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time?)

    ● Thoughtfully deploying content using email, blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, earned/purchased/owned media, and sponsorship of events (virtual and, eventually, in person)
    ● Communicating effectively and efficiently on your plans and campaign results with our team
    ● As with any fast growth start-up, being hands-on, flexible, and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission
    Key characteristics:
    ● A good person who loves to win and believes in “we” more than “me”
    ● Has a player/coach mentality – this role will not involve people management (at least in the beginning). You need to be a “doer” who is unafraid to work in a less structured environment
    ● Highly analytical using data driven intellectual curiosity to solve problems
    ● Self-motivated with strong ability to work both in teams and independently to get jobs done on time
    ● Extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly comfortable with multitasking
    ● Amazing verbal and written communication skills

    ** Additional Qualifications:**
    ● 4-year undergraduate degree from a top University, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field
    ● 7-8 years of professional work experience in digital content marketing and managing a customer journey
    ● Agency experience and/or experience working with multiple companies
    ● Experience with content marketing tools, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, email marketing resources like Mailchimp and Outreach, marketing automation resources like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot preferred.
    ● We prefer that you live here in Nashville currently, but we're open to talking if you're fully committed to relocating here.
