Head of Sales

Location: London, Kings Cross
Your pay will be aligned with the growth of the business:
Year 1 £40K base + 10-15% commission + equity
Year 2 £50K base + 10-15% commission + equity
Year 3 £70K base + 10-15% commission + equity
Brief summary of the role:
- Reach out and acquire new customers through various channels including cold calls, email, social etc
- Create required sales materials & content
- Be responsible for improving the end-to-end customer journey and experience for your customer group including recruitment, retention and reactivation.
- Manage annual budgets to deliver the agreed customer Sales plan, including clear, concise reporting of KPIs against spend
- Work with teams to grow and provide excellent customer service to retain customers.
- Managing and developing the relationship with key decision-makers to ensure their objectives are met.
Key Attributes:
- Selling experience in B2B SaaS ideally in local government or the health space
- Previous experience either as an experienced Sales Executive or Account Manager
- Highly organised and responsible for own deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with reaching out and pitching to prospects and leads
- Desire to join an early-stage start-up and contribute to growth
- Ability to conduct demonstrations and some training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in B2B SaaS Sales
- Proven track record of success in modern sales practices.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and measurement, sales targets, sales methodology and sales strategy.
