IT Administrator - BTCC｜Meet.jobs

Job Descriptions :
• Oversee cloud platform spend and understand business drivers which relate to monthly variance in spend and overspend factors;
• Identify and provide solutions to any issue, risks and other impediments to project delivery;
• Hands-on experience in building and scaling infrastructure;
• Provide Daily System Health Check, Batch Job Process;
• Monitoring the cold / hot wallet flows and distinguish any unusual operation;
• Responsible for software install, update, upgrade and delivery, etc.;
• Day-to-day operations, monitoring and perform scheduled tasks;
• Provide IT support to customers on application, software and network;
• Responsible for server and PC setup and maintenance, application implementation and configuration;
• Create and maintain good technical documentation.

Job Requirements :
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Proficiency in Linux server administration and networking;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in FinTech Industry as IT administrator / senior technical support;
• Knowledge across various cloud providers and services;
• Self-motivated and able to work with all levels;
• Good communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills;
• Hands-on trading system operation in cryptocurrency / blockchain industry will be an advantage;
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
