We’re looking for a senior CRM manager who is responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Consumer Relation strategies for global marketing.
【What You’ll Do】
- Consumer contact strategy: Manage digital consumer contact and delivery KPIs and lead the strategy to maximize consumer engagement.
- Audience segmentation: Curate and optimize consumer contact lists effectively to increase personalization capabilities.
- Delivery: Use demonstrated best practices to ensure optimal delivery results in multiple digital channels, especially email.
- Conduct regular QA assessment of all CRM activities in marketing and support team, to ensure keeping optimal results.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion.
- Responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
【Who You Are】
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, PR, business administration, economics, finance, or any other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a direct marketing environment, including acquisition and retention marketing, is also desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent speaking and writing English.
- Superior product knowledge, having music background is a BIG plus.
