This is a leadership position in a fast-paced, D2C music company with a passion for disrupting the norm! You should have top-notch experience with online sales promotions and strategies, using your knowledge to help us further our brand and product goals.


【What You’ll Do】

  • Spearhead strategy, planning and execution of sales promotions for best in class eCommerce direct-to-consumer musical instrument brand.
  • Conduct and analyze customer research to determine product launch and marketing campaign strategy and develop the digital marketing calendar.
  • Work with multi-department team to ensure integration and smooth development.
  • Own timeline to manage digital marketing campaigns and manage resource allocation.
  • Prioritize tasks to complete and assets needed for each promotion, working with multiple departments to create a workflow and process.
  • Work with international team of product marketing managers, advertising managers, content producers and product managers to create webpage proposals, mockups showing how promotions will be presented and final assets and elements required for each promotion.
  • Work with graphic/UX designers, web developers, and copywriters to build landing pages, site integrations and whatever is needed to successfully marketing and merchandise the site.
  • Work with an external agency to incorporate SEO Strategy.
  • Collect and analyze data on marketing campaign performance and return on investment per channel; report on your findings, identify opportunities for improvement, and systemize the learnings.
  • Develop a product launch and campaign playbook for repeated, systemized success.


【Who You Are】

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing or Business/Sales or similar.
  • Strong eCommerce marketing promotion experience with at least four years of successfully planning and executing top-notch marketing and sales promotions (please provide examples).
  • Direct-to-consumer marketing experience required.
  • Skilled in data analytics and interpretation.
  • Good English copywriting and communication abilities.
  • Great passion for the guitar music industry a plus.
  • Familiar with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Optimize, Facebook Business Manager, and Hotjar.
  • Well-versed in Marketing Theory is a plus.
  • Advertising experience is a plus.
  • Good Design/UX Knowledge and Sense (Design/UX experience is a plus).
