    The Opportunity:

    People Data Labs is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate the GTM strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this team member is responsible for driving pipeline and ARR. As the Demand Gen Manager, you will be focused on coordinating integrated programs and campaigns across sales and marketing that drive awareness and adoption of People Data Labs’ Data License, Enrichment API, and Search APi products

    As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute a demand generation strategy, including an ABM program, landing page optimization, A/B testing, drip campaigns, and ROI analysis to drive named account engagement and pipeline for the business.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute demand generation programs and initiatives that drive site traffic, conversions, pipeline and revenue against company OKRs
    • Take a data-driven approach to customize marketing assets and develop initiatives that align with the customer journey, sales-buying stages, and support account go-to-market plans
    • Ideate and execute campaigns to drive new leads and move leads through sales funnel
    • Inform content marketing, working with stakeholders to creating materials to support account engagement, demand gen, and pipeline programs
    • Provide executive-level transparency of demand generation and marketing results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
    • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
    • Develop and optimize marketing strategies across key inbound channels such as: SEO/SEM, digital/display advertising, email, events, webinars, content syndication, and direct mail

    About You:

    • 5+ years professional B2B demand generation experience with a proven track record
    • Previous ABM experience in a B2B company, preferably tech/DaaS or SaaS
    • 3+ years experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalent Marketing Automation system like Marketo or HubSpot)
    • Previous experience with Salesforce and be able to create your own reports
    • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
