Machine Learning Engineer - Mobilyze.ai｜Meet.jobs

Mobilyze.ai is a location analytics platform that helps firms optimize the deployment of EV charging infrastructure, and micro-target EV buying households. Predictive algorithms and statistical analyses are at the heart of our value proposition. In this role, you will work directly on both developing and testing new modelling approaches, and deploying features to the Mobilyze software platform.

Some things you might work on:
Designing, developing and deploying analytics pipelines, all the way from data cleaning to interactive visualization.
Building and validating novel time series prediction models using 10s of TBs of raw data, and then deploying these models as an API.
Contributing front end code to help users interactively map, visualize and query their data.

You might be a great fit if some or all of these sound like you:
You’re excited about both developing new statistical models and incorporating these models into production software.
You’re an expert with Python, PostgreSQL and command line tools.
You have graduate-level knowledge of statistics, machine learning and optimization.
You have worked with distributed data frameworks (Spark/Hadoop/etc).
You understand how to develop and deploy web applications.
You’re familiar with AWS or other cloud platform services.
You write clearly, even about complex technical concepts.

Bonus points if:
You’ve built interactive data visualizations in web applications.
You’re familiar with open source tools for working with geospatial data.
You’ve dabbled with at least one functional programming language.
You have experience in UI/UX design.
