• Plan, coordinate, and manage global web projects, including conception, planning, development, maintenance to optimization.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, R&D PM, IT team, and other stakeholders to build digital solutions via project management skills.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and websites from planning to execution with precise time management, resource allocation, and prioritization skills.
• Build our ability to leverage new digital technologies as they evolve.
• Work with an external agency to build a Website SEO Strategy.
• Build an eCommerce & CRM system for internal teams.



【我們需要這樣的你】

• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in planning and management solutions for digital channels or digital marketing. (Please provide a portfolio or examples of your earlier work, i.e. website URLs.)
• Good global project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of digital projects and new online services and implementation methodologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, responsive web design, and content management systems.
• Good understanding and knowledge of web standards, accessibility, reliability, and compatibility issues.
• Familiar with digital technology tools such as CDP/CMS/Ticket System/Automation Tool/Data Analysis Tools.
• Good verbal and written English skills with the ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
• A metrics-driven and results-oriented approach with demonstrated.

• Great passion for the music industry.
• PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
• Well-versed in Marketing Theory is a plus.
• Good Design/UX Knowledge and Sense. (Design/UX experience is a plus)
