Location Singapore Industries Business Analytics Employees 11 – 50 Job description & requirements As a Senior Business Development Manager, specifically for our flagship product, arc.net, you will report into the Chief Executive Officer and you’ll be working with a diverse and dedicated team in driving Arcstone’s growth both regionally and globally. You will be directly responsible for the development and execution of business strategies across a variety of functions from sales and marketing to growth and long-term development. The key objective of this role is to evangelize large multinational on the importance and value of arc.net and to drive them to onboard with Arcstone to digitalize their entire manufacturing supply chain with our toolsets. This will require a candidate with enterprise sales experience and ideally strong contacts in large multinational manufacturers that would see great value in what Arcstone’s toolsets can provide. What will be your area of focus? Go to Market/Sales Strategy: Work with a Product Strategy and Marketing Associate to build a sales strategy to identify new leads and work to build relationships with current and potential clients to position arc.net and drive adoption. Roll up your sleeves and knock on executive’s doors and get into meetings with directors and C-suites to evangelize the importance of manufacturing supply chain visibility using Arcstone. Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction for Arcstone specifically for larger multinational companies/manufacturers that are a potential candidate for arc.net Sales/Business Development: Building the Arcstone business by pro-actively targeting new clients and markets thereby securing and building new clients specifically focused on larger multinational companies Leveraging existing Arcstone customers to see if there’s a potential for arc.net upsell. Work closely with our clients and technical teams to understand their business needs and handle a high volume of business engagements to move sales quickly. Interact directly with our partners and clients to develop and deliver proposals, presentations and demos together with our technical team. Occasionally attend/present/speak at conferences to drive Arcstone’s educational aspects and solutions to a broader audience related to arc.net on digital manufacturing supply chain transparency, optimization and transformation. Sales Management: Managing an end-to-end sales process including sales workflows, stage gating processes, setting qualification criteria, CRM management, reporting and review progresses and setting quarterly targets using Hubspot & existing Arcstone toolsets What are the requirements of the job? 10+ years of experience in sales/business management or relevant areas Prior experience in B2B business development, ideally within manufacturing software industry Proven track record in pro-actively securing new business opportunities independently and loves chasing down leads and finding ways to get to the decision makers.
