As a Talent Acquisition specialist, your main goal will be to grow an extraordinary pool of global talents (aka. the Lukooms) to nourish Luko growth and ambitions.
You will structure recruiting efforts and will be responsible for growing Luko from 100 to 200 full-time mission driven doers. Your scope includes a wide portfolio of roles : product, design, data & ML, growth, communication & brand, …
You will be also in charge of driving our efforts when it comes to spreading our brand & culture on a European perspective.
To do so, you will join Myriam, Akvile, Vladimir, Stella & Anaïs in our People team, in order to :
- Drive hiring process for 100% of roles to find the best talents worldwide. We want to double our team from 100 to 200 people by the end of 2021 !
- Hunt international talents for our roles on a daily basis
- Build a community of future potential hires
- Drive the building of our brand identity on french then european market
- Build new ways to attract talents by using some automation tips (growth, hunting best practices…)
- Act as a business partner for the hiring managers when it comes to team organization consistency
- Participate to our Central tribe mission on organization design, knowledge culture and overall efficiency for your hiring scope, but also the whole company.

- We don’t mind where you studied - what counts is your experience & motivation :-)
- +4/5 years of experience on hiring and at least 1 experience in recruitment in a A to C tech company
- You are skilled in Sourcing & Growth (or wilingness to push there)
- You are used to use structured interviews, asynchronous & decentralized hiring process
- You know your basics in terms of tech knowledge and have a good appetite & knowledge of tech culture.
- We have huge ambitions and we rely on you to help us achieve our goals using your analytical skills, creativity, empathy and your decision-making 💪
- You're excellent at networking
