KEY TASKS:
· Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
· Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processing
· Responsible to prepare and submit various payroll related reports
· Prepare monthly statutory documents – LHDN, ZAKAT, SOSCO and KWSP, etc.
· Manage staff attendance (update the online excel sheet, filing staff MC, approve staff leaves via HRMS, etc.)
· Arrange for staff yearly performance review and update on the performance review results accordingly
· Preparation of new staff’s equipment: laptop purchasing, workstation
· Conduct orientation session for new joiners at their first day at work together with company’s PR
· Conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates and advice on remuneration package in accordance with talent’s experience, job knowledge and education
· Responsible for all visa related matters (prepare employment pass for foreign workers, follow up with MDEC regarding EP application, visa cancellation, etc.)
· Register Income Tax for new staff and to register zakat for Muslim staffs
· Register medical insurance for confirmed staff and terminate medical insurance for resigned staff
· Update and maintain all training records
· Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are executed and complied upon
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology
· Preferably Senior Executives to Management role specialising in Human Resources or equivalent
· Required skill(s): Payroll Administration, Employee & Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefit, HR Administration
· At least 6 year(s) of working experience is required for this position
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
· A reliable and team player person with leadership skill and outgoing attitude
· Familiar with local employment laws
· Willing to work in KLCC area
