CoolBitX is looking for a Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and growing a social presence. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated creative individual with a passion for connecting with the community. To be successful as our Social Media Specialist, you should be up-to-date with the latest industry trends and social media conversations. You should have excellent communication skills to achieve high levels of web traffic and ultimately contribute to the conversion of brand interest into sales. 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and analyze the social media landscape to develop strategy and actionable plans on trending topics, breaking news, industry observations.
• Execute social strategy that aligns with the marketing/sales/product goals by managing and creating quarterly content calendars across all social channels.
• Own day-to-day scheduling and posting for the social channels, including writing copy and getting approvals.
• Take a hands-on approach to managing and delivering high quality multiple creative assignments, including video, photo, and written content, during all stages of development, from ideation through post-production together with the team’s designers.
• Measure and report the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into data-driven recommendations for optimization of future performance.
• Engage in online conversations where necessary to build brand awareness.
• Support ad hoc projects assigned by managers.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a MUST.
• Understand the breadth of social behaviors across multiple platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Telegram, Discord)
• General knowledge of the crypto market and the passion to delve deeper. 
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles.
• Excellent copywriting skills with clear and effective communication style.
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented and resistant to stress.
• Bonus if you speak meme.
