    Lead the global D2C GTM and digital marketing strategy for Spark/Bias brand to drive brand awareness and site engagement, increase purchase intent and generate conversions. This role requires a strong driver that can execute, resolve issues, keep moving pieces on schedule, be detail oriented, and operate under conditions of incomplete information and extreme ambiguity with agility and comfort. This role also requires someone that is assertive and can push back when needed in order to drive the business to success. This is a high impact role that requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.


    【What you’ll do】

    1. Partner closely with a global cross-functional team to plan, develop, lead and deliver new product launch strategies from ideation/conception till the customer delivery.
    2. Identify trend and insights, establish positioning, develop communication framework and digital marketing plans to drive the business objectives across different segments.
    3. Develop launch calendar and time dependency models for key launch activities across multiple channels while tracking company progress against launch milestones.
    4. Coordinate with advertising, email, and design experts to improve marketing and sales results.
    5. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, all while driving GTM process to ensure flawless end-to-end execution.
    6. Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership, and customer-centric approach.
    7. Track performance of campaigns and KPIs and relay actionable insights to business stakeholders.
    8. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
    9. Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
    10. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
    11. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for projects and communications.
    12. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
    13. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
    14. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and help team to optimize accordingly.
    15. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

    【Who You Are】

    1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or relevant field.
    2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing, GTM, or marketing communications position.
    3. Skilled in data analytics and interpretation.
    4. Good English copywriting and communication abilities.
    5. Familiar with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Optimize, Facebook Business Manager, and Hotjar.
    6. Highly creative and detail oriented.
    7. Great passion for the guitar music industry is a plus.
    8. Advertising experience is a plus.
