About the role

Frankie Health is looking for Software Engineers to design,  build and maintain new features that delight our users and solve key problems as we rapidly scale our product and organisation. What you will be doing

• You'll collaborate with backend engineers to spec, write, test, and deploy new features on the front-end in React/Typescript.
• You'll brainstorm with product, design and the broader engineering team to conceptualise and build new features for our growing (quickly!)  user base.
• You'll assist our skilled Customer Success team in triaging bugs and solving issues in production.
• You'll learn about and use new web technologies.
• You'll create code that is robust for long term expansion and use.
• You'll have an eye for aesthetics and a passion for building something joyful to use.
• You'll participate in team meetings covering release and build roadmaps and be an active voice in the discussion.
• You'll mentor other engineers and deeply review code.
• You’ll improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• You'll learn, grow, enjoy collaborating with your coworkers, and log off on time.
  
  

What you should have

• You have 2+ years of experience writing client-side Javascript/Typescript.
• You have 1+ years of experience with React, GraphQL, and/or CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
• You have experience building responsive layouts with CSS and HTML.
• You have experience with modern browser technologies.
• You have UX and design sensibilities.
• You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
• You have a passion for mental health and employee wellbeing.
  
  

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Experience with NodeJs or Golang.
• Experience with AWS.
• Previous startup experience.
